"Terrible communication, took months and months to get a claim filed and resolved after being bounced around to multiple desk adjusters who were of no help and would not respond to any communications each time I had to file one. Then they dropped me for using the insurance 3 times over a 5 year span for events that were outside of my control (theft, storm damage, contractor working for someone else damaging sewer line causing backup) All around terrible experience and do not recommend."
